The keypad displays words, numbers, and symbols to clearly convey system status, prioritizing multiple events as they occur. With 10 number keys, 7 function keys, and 6 navigation keys, all keys are backlit and emit a keypress tone for user feedback. Programmable function keys allow quick arming, bypassing, or custom actions, and the built-in speaker produces distinct warning tones that correspond to different events, with passcode control to silence alarms when needed.
