Product Overview 

The TC809D1004 is an Addressable Dual Monitor Module designed for use with Honeywell Excel 5000 and specialized Notifier/Honeywell intelligent fire alarm systems. This compact module acts as two separate, independent monitor modules while occupying only a single physical footprint. It provides two Class B (Style B) initiating device circuits (IDCs), allowing the fire alarm control panel to monitor two distinct groups of normally open contact devices,such as waterflow switches and tamper switches, using two consecutive addresses on the SLC loop. This "two-in-one" design significantly reduces installation time, hardware costs, and backbox space.

• Status LED: Includes a built-in LED that flashes green under normal conditions and latches steady red when either of the two monitored points is in alarm.
• Flexible Application: Ideal for monitoring adjacent devices, such as a waterflow switch and its associated valve tamper switch, using a single module.
• Easy Addressing: Features decimal rotary switches (01–99 or 01–159 depending on the panel protocol) for clear address identification.
• Mounting: Mounts directly to a standard 4-inch square junction box (minimum 2.125" deep) and includes a decorative ivory faceplate.
