Product Overview

 The System Sensor i3 4WTA-B is a 4-wire smoke detector with an integrated thermal sensor and built-in 85 dB sounder. Designed for easy installation, intelligent operation, and immediate status indication, it incorporates drift compensation and smoothing algorithms to reduce nuisance alarms from dust, RF interference, and environmental conditions.

When used with the 2W-MOD2 module or an i3 Ready panel, the detector supports remote maintenance and freeze trouble signaling. Sensitivity can be verified using the SENS-RDR, with readings displayed in percent-per-foot obscuration. Dual red and green LEDs provide clear visual status indication. During alarm conditions, the sounder produces an 85 dB temporal tone, and when paired with the RRS-MOD module, multiple i3 sounders can activate simultaneously with synchronized output.
