The DITEK DTK-120/240SA is a heavy-duty Type 1 Surge Protective Device (SPD) designed for installation at the service entrance, utility meter, or main disconnect. It provides a robust 100,000 Amp (100kA) surge current capacity per phase to protect sensitive electronics throughout a facility from lightning strikes and utility-switching transients. Because it is a Type 1 SPD, it can be installed on either the line or load side of the main overcurrent shipping—making it a "whole-house" or "whole-facility" primary defense. Its compact, NEMA 4X rated enclosure ensures reliable performance in both harsh outdoor environments and indoor industrial settings.
