Product Overview

The Lenel LNL-8000-M5 M Series Controller is designed to facilitate seamless migration from legacy CASI systems, such as Picture Perfect®, Facility Commander® Wnx, or Secure Perfect, to the modern Lenel OnGuard® system. The LNL-8000-M5 acts as a plug-compatible, OnGuard-ready replacement for legacy CASI 8RP boards, allowing existing wiring and infrastructure to be reused while enabling advanced features and new reader types.

By integrating the LNL-8000-M5, legacy systems can support modern OSDP™ readers with supervision and encrypted communications, as well as Wiegand protocol readers, providing expanded card format options and secure access control functionality. It also supports remote installation of additional Lenel M Series boards at multiple locations, offering flexibility and scalability during system upgrades.
