Product Overview

 The PSN-1000 is an intelligent, UL-listed 10-amp notification power supply and P-Link (RS-485) repeater designed for seamless integration with Potter PFC-6000 series fire alarm control panels. It connects directly to the panel’s P-Link bus and can be installed up to 6,500 ft away, while also extending P-Link communication an additional 6,500 ft.

This unit provides six Class B or three Class A NAC outputs, each power-limited, regulated, and rated at 3 amps. It includes two supervised, programmable dry contact inputs and supports operation on 120 or 220 VAC, delivering a regulated 24 VDC output. The PSN-1000 can charge batteries up to 55 AH and accommodates 18 AH batteries inside its 18-gauge steel enclosure with red powder-coat finish and standard Potter key lock.

The PSN-1000E variant offers expanded cabinet space to support the Stacker Bracket for SLCE-127 loop expanders. All programming, supervision, and status monitoring are performed through the main control panel, with events logged in the panel’s history. Each output can be configured for multiple synchronization patterns, constant power, ANSI Temporal Code 3, or door holder power.
