Product Overview

The Potter VSR-FEX-8 is a vane-type waterflow switch designed for wet sprinkler systems in hazardous locations. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, it comes with a factory-installed gasket and a cast aluminum housing. The device contains two single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) snap-action switches and an adjustable pneumatic retard that actuates when water flow reaches 10 GPM (38 Lpm) or more downstream. It can also serve as a sectional waterflow detector for large systems.
