 The Potter PAD300-PD is a low-profile analog addressable photoelectric smoke detector designed for use with fire alarm control panels utilizing the Potter Addressable Device (PAD) protocol. Constructed from durable off-white plastic, the detector blends seamlessly with ceilings while providing reliable smoke detection. It features a wide selectable sensitivity range of 1.1 to 3.5%/foot, drift compensation, and built-in dirty detector warnings. Communication with the control panel is fast and robust, with total polling times under five seconds. The detector mounts on any PAD300 series base and uses DIP switches for easy field addressing without special tools.
