Product Overview

 The Potter VSA-2K Audio Distribution Kit is a self-contained sound detection system designed for primary protection of reverberant and non-reverberant vaults, such as bank and commercial vaults. The system includes a VSA-1 controller/microphone, VSM microphone, and RTA remote test annunciator. It features a microprocessor-driven DC differential balance control, ensuring that the microphone circuit impedance is precisely balanced. The system will trigger an alarm via its SPDT relay contacts if the microphone circuit impedance changes. A push-button allows for easy system balancing, while the on-board accumulator enables alarms after a set number of pulses within a 10-minute window. Sensitivity is manually adjustable to detect attacks in accordance with UL 639 and UL 681 standards.
