Larissa manages Non-Inventory Bills (NIB) at Next Security, overseeing auditing, processing, and payments. She also handles U.S. expense approvals, payroll auditing for the Brazil office, and supervises Accounts Payable, auditing processes, and bank transactions. Additionally, she manages bank and credit card reconciliations and leads the development and standardization of the company’s financial processes.

AP IB Coordinator
Yan is responsible for auditing, creating, and processing all Inventory Bills (IB), ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. His role includes managing vendor accounts, ensuring timely payments, and negotiating extended terms and higher credit limits to optimize cash flow. He also works closely with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and coordinates with the RMA department to follow up on pending credit memos.

Vinicius is the FP&A analyst at Next Security Corp who holds a degree in Accounting, an MBA in Audit & Accounting Expertise from Anhembi Morumbi, and a CPA-20 certification (ANBIMA). Worked for He is currently responsible for financial planning and analysis within the Finance Department, implementing KPIs, preparing the company's budgets and forecasts, conducting audits, and overseeing the overall financial landscape of the company.
