About the Opportunity
Next Security is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Analyst to join our Purchasing team. This role is ideal for those starting their career in procurement and eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the team in supplier relationship management, order processing, cost analysis, and ensuring efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in processing purchase orders and monitoring delivery deadlines
Support supplier relationship management and follow up on pending or delayed orders
Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and other relevant data
Assist with cost and market analyses to identify savings opportunities
Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Engineering, Sales) to ensure alignment with purchasing needs
Handle internal purchase requests, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of operational and office supplies
Assist in identifying improvements in the purchasing cycle processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields
1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related areas
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Advanced level of English
