The Potter EVD-M Electronic Vibration Detection Controller is engineered to identify both high-intensity, short-duration impacts, such as those caused by explosions, hammer strikes, or chiseling, and extended, low-amplitude vibrations generated by tools like drills, torches, grinders, thermic lances, and cutting discs. When a severe vibration event is detected, the controller immediately triggers an alarm.

Designed for flexibility, the EVD-M can operate as a stand-alone vibration detection unit or support up to 15 EVD-R remote pickups, with full supervision of all connected wiring. Its precise piezo-based sensing technology makes it ideal for safeguarding safes, vaults, and other high-security enclosures.
