 The Potter P2S-000, part of the P2 Series, is a high-security magnetic contact engineered for environments requiring enhanced protection against tampering and defeat attempts. Certified to UL 634 Level 2, it delivers exceptional resistance to both internal and external magnetic manipulation making it ideal for safeguarding critical government, commercial, and high-value facilities.

Its design features a unique cross-hole mounting system, eliminating the need for L/Z brackets in most installations and simplifying retrofits of existing BMS devices. The unit is fully epoxy-potted, suitable for indoor or outdoor use, and requires no post-installation adjustments. The P2S-000 also incorporates one of the industry’s most secure removal tamper circuits, and its construction is engineered to withstand permanent contact welding caused by lightning, electrical surges, or stun-gun interference.

This model includes a single hermetically sealed alarm contact and can function as an intrinsically safe simple apparatus when installed within appropriately designed systems.
