We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and lead initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT department, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and infrastructure.
  • Oversee IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, databases, and user support.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Manage vendors and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
  • Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, ERP (Oracle NetSuite) integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding technology investments and innovation.
  • Develop, train, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management, preferably in multinational or industrial companies.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite), infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deliver results.
  • Experience with Google Workspaces.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • Strong Remote Management Skills.
  • Experience with IP Telephony Services (3CX)
  • Experience with Windows Server
  • Experience with VLAN Management
  • Experience with Access Control Systems (Mircom)
  • Experience with with Video Suveilance Systems (HIK Vision NVRs)
