We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and lead initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage the IT department, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and infrastructure.
Oversee IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, databases, and user support.
Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business needs.
Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with local and international regulations.
Manage vendors and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, ERP (Oracle NetSuite) integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding technology investments and innovation.
Develop, train, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management, preferably in multinational or industrial companies.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite), infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deliver results.
Experience with Google Workspaces.
Experience with Active Directory.
Strong Remote Management Skills.
Experience with IP Telephony Services (3CX)
Experience with Windows Server
Experience with VLAN Management
Experience with Access Control Systems (Mircom)
Experience with with Video Suveilance Systems (HIK Vision NVRs)
