NetSuite Systems Manager (ERP Manager)

Next Security is a multinational company operating in the electronic security and fire prevention sector. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to lead the management and continuous improvement of our NetSuite ERP system. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and capable of working strategically across departments in both Brazil and the U.S. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential due to frequent interaction with our headquarters and international teams.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and administer the NetSuite system, ensuring full functionality aligned with business needs;
Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation and efficiency;
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams, translating operational needs into system solutions;
Oversee system updates, testing, documentation, and end-user training;
Collaborate with our U.S. headquarters to support global projects and strategic initiatives;
Ensure data integrity, governance, and security within the NetSuite platform;
Participate in meetings with other companies within the group to evaluate and implement new modules and enhancements;
Develop a deep understanding of business processes and workflows to optimize ERP usage;
Lead cross-functional teams demonstrating strong communication and leadership skills;

Continuously seek innovation based on departmental and operational needs.

Requirements:
Proven experience with NetSuite, including Brazil Localization (SuiteSuccess) implementation;
Solid knowledge of tax and accounting processes;
Experience with ERP systems in corporate or multinational environments;
Advanced or fluent English (mandatory);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
Availability to travel to the U.S. when required.
