About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is focused on consultative sales for U.S. based clients, with 100% of communication conducted in English. If you are fluent in English, skilled in sales techniques, and eager to work in an international market without leaving Brazil, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
Conduct consultative sales in English, presenting customized security solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategically negotiate contracts and commercial terms.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written – mandatory).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the electronic security, technology, or B2B services sectors.
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on exceeding targets.
- Avaliability to work on-site in São Paulo (Barra Funda).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with NetSuite/Oracle is a plus
- Experience in fire alarm systems is helpful.
