About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This position is ideal for professionals looking to grow with the company and contribute to expanding our presence in international markets through consultative sales to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new opportunities in the North American market.

  • Conduct consultative sales in English, presenting security solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, focusing on high satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Strategically negotiate contracts and commercial terms.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare performance reports and sales forecasts.

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written – mandatory).

  • Experience in sales, preferably in electronic security, technology, or B2B services.

  • Strong knowledge of consultative sales techniques and negotiation.

  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills.

  • Results-oriented and goal-driven mindset.

  • Avaliability to work on-site in São Paulo (Barra Funda).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of NetSuite/Oracle is a plus.

  • Experience in fire alarm systems is helpful
