About the Opportunity
Next Security is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchasing Analyst to join our Purchasing team. This role is ideal for professionals at the early stages of their careers in procurement who are looking to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will support the team in supplier relationship management, purchase order processing, cost analysis, and ensuring the efficient and timely acquisition of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in processing purchase orders and tracking delivery deadlines.

Support supplier relationship management and perform follow-ups on pending or delayed orders.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.

Support cost and market analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with other departments (Logistics, Engineering, Sales) to ensure alignment with purchasing needs.

Respond to internal purchasing requests, ensuring timely acquisitions with good cost-benefit for operational and office supplies.

Assist in identifying improvements in purchasing cycle processes.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.

1 to 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or related areas.

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Analytical profile with strong attention to detail

Advanced level of English
