We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure and lead initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT department, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and infrastructure.
- Oversee IT operations, including networks, servers, cloud environments, databases, and user support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business needs.
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Manage vendors and negotiate contracts for IT services and solutions.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, ERP (Oracle NetSuite) integrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding technology investments and innovation.
- Develop, train, and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in IT management, preferably in multinational or industrial companies.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Oracle NetSuite), infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (mandatory). - Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and deliver results.
- Experience with Google Workspaces.
- Experience with Active Directory.
- Strong Remote Management Skills.
- Experience with IP Telephony Services (3CX)
- Experience with Windows Server
- Experience with VLAN Management
- Experience with Access Control Systems (Mircom)
- Experience with with Video Suveilance Systems (HIK Vision NVRs)
