Returns for In-Stock Items

  • Within 30 days: 5% restocking fee
  • 31-45 days: 20% restocking fee
  • After 45 days: Not accepted

Special-Order Items

  • Within 45 days of receipt
  • 20% restocking fee

Customized Items

Not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Defective on Arrival

  • Notify within 7 days
  • Replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping covered

Credit Card Purchases

3% processing fee deducted from refund

⚠️ All returned items must be in like-new condition, in the original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.

Returns will be denied if packaging is damaged, hardware is missing, or signs of tampering or use are evident.

🔁 Return Authorization (RMA) Procedure

Submit a Return Request

  • Complete the form with all required information. If there's no serial number, enter "N/A".
  • Clearly explain the reason for the return.

Wait for Approval

  • RMA approval and number will be sent via email within 2 business days.
  • After receiving the RMA number, send clear photos or videos showing the defect to: rma@nextsecuritycorp.com (visual proof is required).

Ship the Return

  • Do not ship items before receiving an RMA number.
  • Include a copy of the invoice and the RMA form inside the package.
  • Label the outside of the box with the RMA number.

Return shipping and credit card fees are the customer's responsibility.

Short Shipments

Customers must report missing items within 7 days of receipt.

After this period, Next Security is not liable for shortages, and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

Warranty Returns

All products include a minimum 1-year warranty from the shipping date, covering manufacturer defects only.

Next Security will repair or replace (at its discretion) any defective product covered under warranty.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from installation, misuse, or alteration
  • Equipment repaired by others
  • Labor costs for dismantling, reassembly, or reinstallation

Warranty Period for Repaired/Replaced Items: The warranty continues based on the original product's warranty period.

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • If returning multiple boxes, include documents in box #1.
  • Products must remain in original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Claims will be denied for items that are tampered with, damaged, or incomplete.
  • If a warranty RMA is not fulfilled within 3 months of approval, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the RMA is not delivered within 45 days, it will be automatically closed.
